Summary



The candidate will work closely with the Director for Finance to manage inventory levels, staffing needs, training, forecasting, segmentation and reporting. The candidate will report directly to the CEO on Special Projects. Looking for someone who shows promise and if needed will train the right person, but they have to be focused on growth. Looking for a hunter type personality.

Description



1. Manage and motivate the team to reach all goals, generate revenue, be pro-active can quantify metrics.

2. Work on special projects with the CEO designed to grow the business by offering new services and expanding our market.

3. Work with and manage outside vendors in the area of IT and marketing et al.

4. Manage your own desk with high balance accounts as well as up sell our services.

5. Conduct weekly training sessions.

6. Monitor recording technology and quality control.

7. Someone who can learn quickly, take the ball and roll with it.

Qualifications



Skills

1. At least 3 years of experience in supervisory/management capacity. Experience should show increased levels of responsibility in the organization.

2. Familiarity with collection technology and dialer technology a plus but not a requirement.

3. Good training and motivation skills.

4. Great problem solving skills.

5. Must be comfortable enough with technology to interact with out outsourced technology vendor.

6. Understanding of segmentation processes or ability to understand numbers.

7. Knowledge of CDS Software (Tiger) a plus, but not required as we will train.

8. Must be above average in Excel.

9. Not afraid to learn new things.

10. Able to work with a variety of people and personalities.

11. Ability to prioritize and execute on the most imporotant initiatives.

12. Very detail-oriented. Knows how to cross TS and dot I's.

13. Excellent organization skills.

14. Entrepreneurial spirit. Enjoys the learning of running a business.
