Yield Pre-Sales Ninja



The work is based on: market research; a vast amount of internal and external data; and discussions with executives, key stakeholders and external experts. Yield Pre-Sales Ninja works closely with the business to identify and analyze core business processes and workflows to improve the processes and identify opportunities and potential solutions on a variety of process and quality improvement projects and activities.


You will look at the 'Big Picture', identify similarities between verticals, and ensure that projects and products that are built within the organization have a widespread, cross-vertical impact. The Yield Pre-Sales Ninja interacts with customers to execute all technical aspects of the sales strategy by developing appropriate solutions and building technical relationships. Collaborate with Product Development teams to identify appropriate methodology for deploying and measuring new product features.


  • Create analytical models that simulate or forecast business problems and results.

  • Conduct client research including on-site interviews, market research and surveys.

  • Drive high priority initiatives from conception to launch

  • Understand business problems from a high level, direct the team to tackle strategic solutions using advanced analytics and data insights.

  • Assess employee performance frequently, address under-performance, and recognize and promote excellent performance
  • Qualifications


  • Communicate effectively to senior executives internally and externally, both technical and non-technical audience.

  • Relevant professional experience (i.e., sales, sales operations, marketing) preferred.

  • Experience with statistical analysis and forecasting.
