Application Compensation Developer



Projects will include business planning, market segmentation, go-to-market strategy, and ongoing business analytics. Photoize is seeking a highly quantitative, driven, and creative Application Compensation Developer.


The work is based on: market research; a vast amount of internal and external data; and discussions with executives, key stakeholders and external experts. The Application Compensation Developer interacts with customers to execute all technical aspects of the sales strategy by developing appropriate solutions and building technical relationships. The Application Compensation Developer will organize and facilitate teams to critically review current processes for effectiveness, quality and simplification and identify implementation requirements


  • Help engineers develop their careers, assigning them to projects tailored to their skill levels, long-term skill development, and work styles

  • Develop strategies across a wide range of initiatives to optimize sales development process across geographies, segments, and products

  • Drive high priority initiatives from conception to launch

  • Understand business problems from a high level, direct the team to tackle strategic solutions using advanced analytics and data insights.

  • Influence cross-functional teams such as biz dev, marketing, operations, and PR
  • Qualifications


  • Passionate about the Internet, emerging web technologies, and community building with a demonstrated track record of visionary execution.

  • MBA or another advanced degree, preferably in marketing or business, from a top academic institution strongly preferred.

  • Track record of successful management and ability to manage a diverse team of highly motivated individuals.

  • Nice To Have:
  • High technology and/or healthcare/biotechnology/medical product industry knowledge and experience a plus.
